My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were as comfy as always, with a superb bathroom featuring new Japanese tech. Everything was very clean, though I was surprised there were no pillows for the corner sofa. We had to wait a bit past 2 p.m for our room to be ready, even though check-in was supposed to be allowed at that time. Despite these minor inconveniences, the experience was great overall.
